SICTC Site Reservation Process

Steps to  Reserving a Meeting Room at the Southern Indiana Career & Technical Center (SICTC)

  1. To check availability of a meeting space at the SICTC, contact Lisa Ochsner by email/phone (812-435-8438) or contact Cecilia Kuester by email/phone (812-435-8276).

  2. Contact Chef Ellis if food services are desired.

  3. If this is your first time to use SICTC facilities, it is recommended that you visit the desired meeting space prior to completing an APPLICATION FOR FACILITY USE. 

  4. To access information regarding EVSC Facilities usage as well as the APPLICATION FOR FACILITY USE form, go to EVSC Facilities.

  5. Submit rental fee in full at least 10 days prior to the scheduled event date.   If additional custodial needs are required, a separate invoice will be sent after the event.

  6. Prior to your event, make arrangements with Lisa Ochsner or Cecilia Kuester to test your technology equipment at the SICTC event location. 

  7. On the day of the event, arrive early to ensure that setup is compatible with your needs.
