2017 iEngineering 2.0 Summer Experience Quick Facts:
Where: Southern Indiana Career and Technical Center
The iEngineering 2.0 Summer Experience is a hands-on introduction to engineering and architecture for students currently enrolled as 7th and 8th grade students in the surrounding area middle schools. The program runs half days for two weeks in the summer and is located at the Southern Indiana Career and Technical Center. Over the two week period students are able to learn and develop skills related to space planning, electrical theory, robotics, CNC machining, team building and computer-aided design (CAD) software. Students also take a field trip to local manufacturing facilities.
Note: Breakfast and lunch will not be served. Individuals that attended the camp last year are not eligible to attend this year. Bus transportation will not be available. Due to limited space, a lottery will be held to determine your son's/daughter's enrollment in the camp. To enter the lottery, the application must be received by 11:59 PM on Monday, April 3, 2017.
