The Lunch Box

The Lunch Box is a fully functioning, student-operated restaurant located within the Southern Indiana Career and Technical Center. Serving as the hands-on laboratory for the Culinary Arts pathway, it provides students with invaluable experience in every aspect of the restaurant business—from culinary techniques and safety sanitation to customer service and business operations.

The Lunch Box is open to the public on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:15 a.m. to 1 p.m. Reservations are requested for groups of 6 or larger. To ensure we are open, please check our menu link to ensure we are serving before arriving.
