Computer Science Software Development

The Computer Science course at the Southern Indiana Career & Technical Center offers a dynamic curriculum designed to equip students with the skills needed to thrive in the ever-evolving tech industry.

Throughout the course, students will develop practical projects like Python scripts, websites, Android apps, and more. They will also dive into in-demand fields like data analytics, game design, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure. Students will work with industry-standard tools like Android Studio, GitHub, Visual Studio Code, Raspberry Pi, and Linux, gaining real-world experience in cutting-edge technology.This course is designed to prepare students for a successful career in the computer technology field, whether they plan to pursue higher education or enter the workforce directly.
