Facility Rental
To use our facilities, please complete the EVSC Facility Use/Rental Agreement. Please review all general conditions and fees prior to submitting the application. The organization will be required to observe all guidelines and assessed all applicable fees unless otherwise notified by the Office of Operations.
At this time, the EVSC is opening its Facility Use/Rental to EVSC-sponsored sport feeder leagues and civic groups only.
Once the Office of Operations reviews the application, you will be notified for final approval.
School Facilities Rental Application
Any organization wanting to use EVSC facilities must complete the EVSC Facility Usage Agreement linked below at least 30 days prior to the date of use. Organizations must also email certificate of insurance (COI) to facuse@evsck12.com.
